We have done alot of research. All of our choices have to do with what we feel and think, through our research and experiments, are best. Sometimes, you don’t know what you don’t know. We are here to make it easy- but with a challenge.
For 3 days, eliminate all forms of dairy (yep, no cheese, no yogurt, no milk- but almond milk, coconut milk and flax milk are all ok using the cleanest version meaning no sugar added– GO PLAIN), wheat, soy and processed sugar (plain fruit, within reason, is fine; also stevia is fine as it comes from a plant).
Before you do this, weigh yourself and jot it down. After day three, weigh yourself and jot it down. And- take note of how you feel each day.
